Eligibility

• Request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition.
• Keep all packaging, tags, accessories and the invoice.
• Customer-damaged items cannot be returned.

Contact support with your order number, phone number and clear product photos or an opening video.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are processed after inspection and may take 3–7 working days. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
